To stay in our villa you pay one all-inclusive fee. The cost is not per
person. So if you go as a group of ten or twelve people on a great family
holiday, or if you are a couple who want to get away to bit of luxury for
themselves, the cost is the same.

Our
rental rates are fully inclusive, there are no extras to pay. All
towels and linens are provided, the electricity, air conditioning,
telephone for local calls and cable TV are free. Exclusive use of the
private pool and all the other facilities in the house are at no extra
charge. If you stay more than five nights, the home is cleaned free of
charge after you leave. You may even see the pool being cleaned and
maintained and the garden being tended to while you are there. These
services are at no extra cost. The expert help of our management company
is only a phone call away, again at no charge.
