Villa Description

There are two seating areas in the villa, the Great Room and the Living Room. The Great Room contains two large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. 

For those who need their daily dose of TV, the Great Room has a TV complete with cable and a DVD surround sound stereo.

Patio doors in the Great Room give direct access to the pool deck as well as a stunning view over the picturesque orange groves. 

The Living Room contains a sofa bed, so an extra guest or two could be squeezed in.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, Toaster and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks).

There is a telephone from which local calls are free and all other calls are paid for by credit card

If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the laundry room which is situated between bedrooms 3 and 5.

Located conveniently by the Kitchen is the Dining area. This area contains a large table and six chairs that allows for formal dining.

The photo here shows the view through to the second living area. This includes a sofa that pulls out to make an additional bed.

The house features five bedrooms, two of which are master suites with their own en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. This allows family groups to use the villa without worrying about who has the best bedroom. For added luxury both masters have televisions and four-poster beds.

Of The remaining three bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. There is a family bathroom between two of the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have generous wardrobe space. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

The house includes its own private 13 by 26 foot pool. This is situated at the rear of the house with views over open land and citrus groves. The pool is surrounded by a large patio known as a deck, which stretches the entire width of the house and affords maximum space around the pool. Top quality patio furniture is also provided so you can sunbathe all day on the sun loungers, or relax in a deckchair by the pool with a cool drink.

The entire pool and deck is covered by a framed screen to allow you to sunbathe in comfort. However, this does not protect you from the sun, so be sure to use the appropriate sun lotion. In line with current Florida laws, the pool features a retractable safety fence. This important safety feature forms a barrier between the house and the pool to ensure that children cannot enter the pool unattended. The safety fence can be drawn to one side when the pool is in use and put back in place when leaving the pool for the day. Also, all doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa. For your convenience you can access the second Master Suite bathroom directly from the pool deck.

The pool is maintained by a professional pool company who clean the pool and ensure the filters and pumps are functioning correctly.

The home sits in an over sized lot that is fully turfed. This allows an open expanse at the rear of the house that is not overlooked by neighbours. This level of privacy is not usually found in holiday homes and allows uninterrupted views of the gorgeous sunsets over the orange groves. The lawns are maintained by a professional landscaping company who you may see when they drop by to mow the lawns or tend the plants and shrubs. The lawns are regularly watered by an automatic sprinkler system that is activated by a timer.
